A Case Study.

The Goal.

Box Rouge is a newly founded e-commerce brand that needs to kick start their social presence. So to build the brand's social media profiles from the ground up, I need to implement effective and impactful content & strategy, then paid social campaigns when the ground has been laid.

In short, the goal is to create meaningful content and engagement - a structured social implementation as well as guideline for the brand's future practices.

After comprehensive competitor and audience segment research that provide critical insight on what can be learned and improve from, here is what I have done:

 

  • Structural content pillar - a guideline for topics that provoke thoughts and start conversations.

  • Creative content production - visuals and copy writings that effectively reflect brand's personality and values. 

  • Organic outreach - community management while reaching potential audience within customer segments through organic practices.
